Another great work at home option that allows you to work online is medical transcription from home. There is a growing need for trained medical transcriptionists due to a growing and aging population. The Bureau of Labor Statistics 2008-2009 Occupational Outlook Handbook states that "Employment of medical transcriptionists is projected to grow 14 percent from 2006 to 2016, faster than the average for all occupations."
